Thank you very much for your support and allowing Ben’s Den to work the way we intended it to! We expect cancellations and last minute bookings, that’s the way the families have to work. Sometimes the plans don’t go to plan…1 cancellation due to being back in hospital and 3 families having to end their holidays early all in one weekend.
